The original campground, first known as the Ramada Club, opened on 1976. Two years later, and with a vision of luxury and exclusivity for members only, the extraordinary dream of Lake Paradise emerged. Families from all across the country came to enjoy the 500 RV sites and 100 camping sites. Because of all Lake Paradise had to offer, it became known as the “Ozarks of Kansas City.”

Now, in 2010, the family-owned Lake Paradise resort is available to anyone who is looking to experience the excitement and breathtaking views of an outdoor getaway. Newly renovated and expanded, we are excited to welcome a whole new generation of families looking to make memories.
