LABOR DAY BAND – VANTAGE POINT!!!

Join us for the awesome music of the Vantage Point Band. Vantage Point will be jammin’ at Lake Paradise on Saturday, September 4, 2010 from 7:00 -11:00 p.m. and on Sunday, September 5, 2010 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. Lake Paradise guests who are staying with us can enjoy the band for no charge. The public is welcome to attend as well for a fee of $10.00 per person. Join us for a great Labor Day event.

Fall/Winter Camping

When the leaves turn and the snow falls, Lake Paradise Resort will be an awesome place to call your home away from home. Find below our 2010-2011 Fall/Winter (Nov. 1 through April 30, 2011 ) Rates:
Weekly Rate: $185.00 plus $25.00 utility charge = $210.00/weekly
Monthly Rate: $475.00 plus $60.00 utility charge = $535.00/monthly – (Propane must be purchased through Lake Paradise Resort.)
Seasonal Rates: Lease Agreement necessary. Total =$425.00 plus $60.00 utility charge = $485.00. (Propane must be purchased through Lake Paradise Resort monthly).

COAST TO COAST MEMBERS

You recently received an invoice from Lake Paradise Resort relative to a maintenance fee due and owing to us. After several discussions with Coast to Coast representatives we understand that a miscommunication occurred. Therefore, we ask that you disregard any invoice received for 2010. Thank you for your cooperation in this regard.

Dear Charter Member:

As you know, part of our contract for the purchase of Lake Paradise Resort included providing to Charter Members, in good standing as of 2007, forty (40) nights of free camping for this season. Based on these terms, we know that most of you have already been enjoying your nights at the Resort. We are so glad you have joined us! It is hard to believe that the season is well underway. But before time runs out, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind all of you that your nights are available through October 31, 2010.

If you have not used your nights, feel free to contact the Resort to schedule your stay. Additionally, if you have any questions about receipt of your nights, or use thereof, please contact us, via email, at ssimpson@lakeparadiseresort.com so that we may ensure you are able to enjoy your stay at the Resort.

Also, please don’t forget that storage is filling up fast. If you want storage for the winter months, we would recommend that you immediately reserve and pre-pay for your space.

Pool Hours

The LPR Pool is open Monday-Sunday from 11am-7pm.
The cost is just $5.00 per person, ages 5 and under are free. We also have swim packages available please check at the office for details.

SWIM LESSONS

Youth Club of Lone Jack will be sponsoring SWIM LESSONS as follows:
When: Weeks of July 12th, July 16th and July 23rd
Where: Lake Paradise Pool
Time: 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
